Getting Started
Welcome to InviteDesk! What you can do here depends on your user rights. Administrators have full rights and can manage everything — the account setup and events. Everyone else has some set of limited rights: an event manager can create and run events, while a ticket holder has a more focused role, receiving guest quotas for events. If you can't do something you expect to, your administrator can adjust your rights. Pick the section that matches your role below.

Getting started as Administrator
Dear administrator, welcome to InviteDesk! 💪
As an administrator you have full user rights — access to everything in InviteDesk. Alongside running events (the Event Manager section below applies to you too), you manage the account-wide foundations: users and settings.
Your first steps:
Set up your team — invite colleagues and assign roles in Users & Teams
Configure your account defaults under Settings and create Templates
Manage the contact database in the Address Book
Connect your tools via Integrations (e.g. Salesforce, LineUpr)

Getting started as Event Manager
Dear event manager, welcome to InviteDesk! 💪
As an event manager you have the rights to create and run events end to end — from invitations through to on-site check-in and reporting. You may have limited rights; if you can't do something you need to, contact your company's administrator, who can adjust your access.
Your first steps:
Create an event and get familiar with the Event Dashboard
Set up your Invitation list
Set up your Event communication and reuse Templates
Track your results in Reports

Getting started as Ticket holder
Dear ticket holder, welcome to InviteDesk! 💪
As a ticket holder you have a focused role — inviting your guests within the guest quotas assigned to you. You may have limited rights; if you can't do something you need to, contact your company's administrator, who can adjust your access.
Your first steps:
